Delivery and Shipping

We carefully prepare the shipment and entrust it to our carrier for delivery.

When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a ‘SHIPPING CONFIRMATION’ email from which you can track your order. The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address indicated on the order confirmation page and also reported in the order details.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free for orders over € 50.

Shipping costs will be indicated in the summary before the order.

In case of collection in person, no shipping costs will be applied.

SHIPPING TIMES

The product will be shipped within 2-3 days from the date of payment

Usually the shipment takes 3 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases, the waiting time can be extended.

COURIER SHIPMENT

Shipments in Italy are entrusted to GLS or Poste Italiane in the case of islands (always maintaining the same cost).

Delivery takes place outside the home, neither on the floor nor in any other place unless previously agreed.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer is required to check that:

the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document (DDT); the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered. Any external damage or mismatch of the number of packages must be immediately notified to the courier making the delivery, placing on the delivery receipt the words ‘collection with reserve for damaged package’, or ‘collection with reserve for open package’ or ‘collection with reserve for missing packages’ on ‘specific accompanying document. Subsequently, it is necessary to promptly notify our customer service at the address [email protected].

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Log in to your account on harmoniebijoux.com, enter the ‘My orders’ section, select ‘View’ and click on ‘Track’ (above right of the order description) to be able to directly access the website of our partner courier where you will see the current delivery status.

If the courier does not find you at home, he will leave you a notice and you can collect your package at the address indicated on the notice.

LOST PACKAGE

If you do not receive the goods within a week from the shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email at [email protected] or through our social channels.

COLLECTION ON SITE

It will be possible to collect your order at the address Località Battifolle 17 / R, Arezzo, 3 working days after the order has been processed.
